Did you confuse 1c per KB with 0.01c per KB?
Ignoring the overseas charges, I thought O2 had a £5 unlimited data top up. How are you hitting €50 a month!
O2 Ireland is not the same as O2 UK. My contract is €45 a month. It ends very soon though, so I’ll be able to unlock that phone and switch to a PAYG account for the rare times I need an Irish phone.
It’ll also give me the option to put my UK SIM in it, which leads to an interesting decision between the iPhone and Nexus One. I’ve become so used to having both, I think I might continue that way (bulging pockets be damned).
Wow… Now I’m really glad I kept the data turned off.
