I started this blog when it became apparent that my old blog, Soylent Red, was beginning to fall apart and I’d lost the will to maintain it. I don’t make my own clothes, or cut my own hair, so why write my own blogging software when there are people willing to dedicate far more effort to it than I am? Some day I may migrate the old blog over here, though part of me likes the clean break.

The title is ‘On Matters of Interest’. I hope the content stands up to that name, but I make no guarantee of it being of interest to anyone but myself.
